Every image here was released by the museum that holds the work, under CC0 or with the museum's own public-domain flag. If a museum hasn't marked a work as open access, it isn't in our collection, however old the work is.

What we do with the images
We copy the museum's own file, unaltered, and keep the record that came with it: title, maker, date, medium, dimensions and object number. We add our own grouping by movement and colour, worked out from the record and the image. We never retouch, recolour or crop a work, and when we print one we print the whole of it.
Ochre Editions is independent. No museum endorses us, chooses what we sell or is paid by us. If you think a work here shouldn't be, write to us from the copyright page and we'll take it down while we check.
