# Shipping

We ship to addresses in the United States. Each print is made to order at our
print partner's lab and sent from there, usually within two working days of
your order.

Framed and canvas pieces are bulkier, so they cost more to send. Checkout
shows the exact amount for your order before you pay, and print-ready files
have no shipping at all.

Your order page shows each step as it happens: paid, in production, shipped
with tracking, and delivered. We email you when it ships.

If a parcel arrives damaged, or goes missing on its way to you, tell us within
30 days of delivery and we'll reprint it or refund you, whichever you prefer.
A photo of the damage helps; you can add one from your order page.
