# Returns and refunds

## Changed your mind

You can ask for a return from your order page within 30 days of delivery.
Once we approve it, we tell you where to send the print. When it reaches us in
the condition it left, we refund the price of the print and the tax on it,
less the cost of return shipping.

## Damaged, faulty or not what you ordered

Tell us within 30 days of delivery, with a photo if you can, and we'll reprint
it at no charge or refund you in full. You don't need to send the damaged
print back unless we ask.

## Cancelling before it's made

You can cancel a physical order from your order page until it goes into
production, which can be within hours of payment. A cancelled order is refunded
in full.

## Print-ready files

A file you've already downloaded can't be refunded, unless it is faulty or
isn't the file you ordered; then we replace it or refund you. If you haven't
downloaded it yet, you can ask for a refund within 30 days.

## Limited editions

Limited editions follow the same rules; see the
[limited edition terms](/legal/limited-editions).

Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Your bank may take a few days to
show them. The full terms are in our [Terms of Sale](/legal/sale).
